Cameron Esden is a commercial real estate investment sales advisor with Marcus & Millichap’s Orlando office, specializing in multi-tenant retail properties throughout Southwest Florida. He advises shopping center owners and private investors on property valuation, market positioning, acquisitions, and dispositions.

Esden is a member of the TC Retail Group, a top-performing retail investment sales team at Marcus & Millichap that has completed more than $300 million in transaction volume across over 80 property sales. The team’s transaction experience, market intelligence, and investor relationships, combined with Marcus & Millichap’s national platform, provides clients with both localized market insight and broad exposure to private and institutional capital.
