Bryn Merrey

Bryn Merrey has been in commercial real estate investment sales with Marcus & Millichap since 2003. Bryn focuses on the sale of industrial and flex investment real estate throughout Maryland and Virginia.

Prior to his current role, Bryn was a Division Manager for Marcus & Millichap and managed eight managers covering 11 states with 21 offices and over 350 agents. In that role he worked with some of the top commercial brokerage teams in the country, helped close many of the more challenging transactions, opened several new offices for the firm, recruited top talent, and trained both agents and managers.

Bryn moved to Bethesda in 2012 to run the firms Washington D.C. and Baltimore offices and grew revenue by almost 10X over a five-year period. Prior to 2012 he was Regional Manager of the firms Tampa office where he earned the Regional Manager of the Year award after growing that office’s revenue by 6X in 3 years. While in Tampa Bryn also played a lead role designing the firms current brokerage training curriculum and materials. Bryn also ran the firms Orlando office and was a sales manager in Miami.

Bryn graduated from Babson College in 2003 where he studied Real Estate. He is licensed as a real estate broker in MD, DC, VA and FL.
