Brian Sy specializes in the acquisition and disposition of retail investment properties. He is committed to executing for his clients at the highest level by representing their best interests honestly and professionally throughout the entire transaction process.

Brian and his team advise clients with a long-term perspective and seek to build relationships that endure well beyond the completion of any specific transaction. A native of Philadelphia, Brian’s local understanding and knowledge of retail investment properties enable him to advise his clients on maximizing their return on equity.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap in the Philadelphia office, Brian held a position in Marcus & Millichap’s Atlanta office, where he built his foundation of commercial real estate fundamentals and has continued to adapt with the real estate market changes in anticipation of his clients’ needs.
