Brian Prouty

Brian Prouty is an investment sales specialist with Marcus & Millichap, focused on the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant retail in Southern Arizona. A Tucson native, Brian found both academic and athletic success at Salpointe Catholic High School and The University of Arizona as a golfer. After eleven years in the world of professional golf, he began his career in commercial real estate.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap in 2025, Brian spent four years in capital markets as a debt originator. His experience on both the financing and brokerage sides of the business equips him to deliver creative, well-rounded strategies that maximize value for his clients.
Part of Brian’s committment to drive growth and success for his clients is an inherent passion for the city of Tucson and Southern Arizona. He is an active member of the Tucson Conquistadores and The Empower Coalition, two organizations that play a vital role in supporting community growth and development.
When Brian is not focused on real estate, he still enjoys getting out to play a round of golf with his friends and clients.
