With over 10 years of experience, Brian Mayer specializes in multi-tenant and single-tenant investment sales throughout Washington State. He focuses on the disposition and acquisition of neighborhood shopping centers, retail strip centers, mixed-use assets, single-tenant net-leased investments, retail development sites and anchored shopping centers. Brian strives to build long-term relationships with his clients while promoting transparency, honesty and a commitment to our client’s unique investment strategies.
Brian takes on a targeted and proactive marketing approach continues to create exceptional results. He produces an organized and systematic marketing campaign for every assignment, generating a thorough out-reach to a vast and highly-qualified network of investors, developers, institutions and brokers. Each campaign ensures every client’s asset receives maximum exposure to the market.
Through our investor relationships, broker collaboration and leverage of the Marcus & Millichap system, the Brian has successfully created a dynamic platform for the sale of retail investment properties. Brian was born and raised in Bellevue, WA, and graduated from the University of Washington where he earned a B.A. in Economics.
