Brian J. Stulak

Brian is a senior managing director of IPA Capital Markets based in Cleveland, Ohio. Brian has over 21 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. He is primarily responsible for originating debt and structured finance transactions (senior, mezzanine, preferred equity, stabilized, bridge, value-add and ground-up construction) with a wide array of lending institutions, including but not limited to life insurance companies, securitized lenders (CMBS), agency (Fannie/Freddie/HUD), debt funds, pension funds, credit unions, private equity firms, family offices and commercial banks. Mr. Stulak has completed in excess of $5 billion in commercial real estate transactions.

Previously, Mr. Stulak was a principal at Pinnacle Financial Group, where he was instrumental in helping grow Pinnacle into one of the largest and well respected independently owned mortgage banking companies in the Midwest. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Mr. Stulak was a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). At PwC, Mr. Stulak became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and was responsible for audits and public debt offerings for several publicly-traded companies.
