Brian Higgins

Brian specializes in Industrial/Flex Space in the Southeastern Pennsylvania market. After attending Drexel University Brian owned and operated Powelton Pizza, a popular restaurant on the campus of Drexel University for almost two decades. Brian’s passion for public service led him to work for City Councilman Allan Domb, where he served as Deputy Chief of Staff and helped shape and implement policies that benefitted the City of Philadelphia.
Brian began his commercial real estate career in 2007 by purchasing his first commercial property. Prior to joining Marcus and Millichap, Brian was the Director of Commercial Services for a large well known full service brokerage company in the Art Museum neighborhood of Philadelphia. With his multi-faceted career spanning hospitality, public service, and commercial real estate, Brian is able to provide invaluable insights and expertise to his clients.
