Brian Higdon

Brian Higdon is a member of Marcus & Millichap's National Healthcare Real Estate Group. More specifically, he specializes in medical office investment sales on behalf of institutional and private investors.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Brian spent 13 years in corporate banking, the majority of which as vice president of healthcare real estate with Regions Bank. Brian managed a portfolio of over $500 million and underwrote roughly $600 million in new transactions consisting primarily of on- and off-campus medical office buildings and medical office REITs. In addition, he developed a full range of regional and national medical office building developer and REIT relationships. In total, Mr. Higdon has been involved in medical office buildings transactions totaling over $1 billion.

Brian has been named a top 20 investment advisor for the six-state Mid-South region for 2019, 2020 and 2021 and was selected as one of the Birmingham Business Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40” in 2021.
