Brian Higdon

Brian Higdon serves as Group Head of Marcus & Millichap's Office and Industrial Group. Based in Birmingham, Alabama, he
leads a team covering Alabama, Mississippi, and the Florida Panhandle, specializing in the sale of office, industrial, medical
office, and other investment properties on behalf of private investors, developers, owner-users, and institutional clients.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Brian spent 13 years in commercial banking, including serving as Vice President of
Healthcare Real Estate with Regions Bank. During his banking career, he managed a commercial real estate loan portfolio
exceeding $500 million and underwrote approximately $600 million in new transactions. His experience spans a wide range of
office, industrial, and healthcare real estate investments, providing him with a deep understanding of underwriting, capital
markets, investment analysis, and transaction structuring.

Throughout his career, Brian has been involved in commercial real estate transactions totaling more than $1 billion. His
financial background, combined with Marcus & Millichap's industry-leading platform, enables him to provide clients with
strategic guidance, comprehensive market analysis, and targeted marketing that maximizes value throughout the disposition
process.

Brian has earned recognition as one of Marcus & Millichap’s Top 20 Investment Advisors in the six-state Mid-South Region
six times, including five consecutive years from 2019–2023 and again in 2025. In 2021, he was also honored as one of the
Birmingham Business Journal's Top 40 Under 40 for his professional achievements and leadership within the commercial real estate industry.
