Brian Clinton

Brian Clinton is a commercial real estate investment professional specializing in the sale of single tenant net lease properties in the New York Metro and Tri-State areas, and an expert of Walgreens and CVS investment properties on the East Coast from New England to Puerto Rico. Brian advises his clients throughout the transaction process, with a reputation for client advocacy and strategic marketing to the most qualified buyers.

Brian joined the Marcus & Millichap Brooklyn office after spending time overseeing global site selection and workplace construction at a publicly traded social media company.

Prior to his career in real estate brokerage, Brian spent more than 14 years working in corporate and retail site selection and construction leadership positions with Snapchat, PNC Bank N.A,, and private shopping center development.

Brian was raised in Pittsburgh, PA, and graduated from the University of Delaware in 2001 with a BS Degree in Environmental Science. He earned an MBA in executive management and entrepreneurship from Cornell University in 2016. Brian presently resides in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and 6-month-old son. In his free time, Brian stays active through golf, skiing, surfing, hiking, endurance training and travelling.
