Brian Chupek

Brian Chupek is an investment advisor with Marcus & Millichap, operating out of the firm’s Baltimore office. He focuses on multifamily properties, utilizing his strong background in investment finance to guide clients through acquisitions and dispositions with precision. Brian leverages his expertise in data-driven decision-making to help clients achieve their specific goals in the competitive multifamily real estate market.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap in 2023, Brian spent four years working in the International Securities Lending division of a global investment bank, where he facilitated the movement of capital and equities between banks, pension funds and institutional investors. He also has a notable track record in real estate, having been involved in the industry since 2019.

Brian’s leadership experience includes serving as Chair and Vice Chair of the Maryland Realtors Commercial Alliance Committee, where he showcased his ability to organize committees and execute key deliverables for the membership.

Brian holds a bachelor's degree in investment finance from Salisbury University.
