Brian Chupek

Brian Chupek is an Associate with Marcus & Millichap based out of their Baltimore MD office specializing in representing clients in investment sales of Multifamily, Mixed Use, and Retail properties in the greater Baltimore marketplace.

Mr. Chupek believes in achieving client specific goals by executing data driven decisions.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Chupek spent 4 years working at an investment bank in their International Securities Lending division moving capital and equities between banks, pension funds, and institutional investors.

Mr. Chupek has been selling real estate since 2019 and has held the title of both Chair and Vice chair of the Maryland Realtors Commercial Alliance Committee where he demonstrated a propensity for leadership, committee organization, and executing on deliverables for the membership.

Mr. Chupek is a graduate of Salisbury University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Investment Finance. He holds a real estate salespersons license in Maryland.
