Brent Hyldahl

Brent Hyldahl is a retail, office, mixed-use and net-leased specialist representing the National Retail Group and Net Leased Properties Group of Marcus and Millichap. Brent exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the region, and acts in accord with the company-wide mission to help clients create and preserve wealth by providing the best real estate investment sales, financing, research and advisory services available. He works with both sell-side and buy-side clients, representing 1031 exchange buyers, private investors, and private owners.

Brent closed over $100 Million worth of real estate within his first 4 years at Marcus and Millichap.

He attended Ramapo College where he earned his Bachelors in Psychology with a minor in Business Economics.
