Brent Hyldahl

As Managing Director of Investments with Marcus & Millichap, Brent specializes in retail, mixed-use, medical/office, and net lease properties throughout New Jersey and the Northeast. He represents developers, private investors and 1031 exchange buyers in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties.

Within his first four years at Marcus & Millichap, Hyldahl successfully closed over $100 million in commercial transactions. His deep understanding of regional markets and net lease assets positions him as a valuable advisor for clients seeking to grow and preserve wealth through strategic real estate investments. Hyldahl earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in business economics from Ramapo College. He continues to serve as a key resource for clients navigating 1031 exchange opportunities and market dynamics across New Jersey.
