Brent Holder

Brent Holder works as an associate in the Marcus & Millichap Chicago Downtown office. Brent specializes in the acquisition and disposition of Industrial investment properties in the Chicagoland markets of southern Cook County and Will County. He works within the Doughty Industrial Group, who specializes in brokerage advisory services for industrial investment properties throughout Chicagoland and greater Midwest markets. Brent’s focus is to provide his clients with timely market knowledge and insights that will allow them to make informed business decisions for their real estate goals. His abilities and approach to client services in conjunction with the Doughty Industrial Group and Marcus & Millichap platform allow for the full spectrum of efforts and resources necessary to successfully lead transactions with transparency throughout all phases.

Before joining Marcus and Millichap, Brent graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Princeton University in Princeton, New Jersey. While attending Princeton, Brent competed on their NCAA Division 1-AA football team where he accomplished winning two Ivy League Championships as well as be rewarded with All-Ivy League Honors in his senior season.
