Brandon Brown

Brandon Brown joined the Houston office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in December 2020. Mr. Brown has expertise in sourcing debt, mezzanine and equity for all commercial property types including multifamily, office, retail, industrial and self-storage. Additionally, he has formed strong relationships with capital sources including local and national banks, life insurance companies, CMBS lenders, agencies, pension funds and private equity firms. Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Brown served as a Managing Partner at LMI Capital and has over 20 years of real estate finance and transactions experience.

Mr. Brown graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Mr. Brown is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Mortgage Bankers Association and National Multi-Housing Council.
