Bradley Cohen

Brad Cohen joined the Phoenix office of Marcus and Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in June 2022. Mr. Cohen is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for a variety of property types including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, senior housing, self storage, land and hospitality. He is well connected with national, regional, and local capital sources including agency lenders (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private funds and bridge lenders.

In December 2022, Mr. Cohen was presented the Pace Setter Award. This honor is reserved for young originators who obtain a high level of success in their first six months of employment.

Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Cohen was a top producer at Allied First Bank where he led a team of ten loan officers. He has originated over 550 loans totaling $130,000,000 in volume. Mr. Cohen is a graduate of Northern Arizona University, where he earned a Bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Studies - Public Administration.
