With over 15 years of sales expertise, Boe Iravani excels as a Commercial Sales and Leasing Associate at Marcus & Millichap in Vancouver. Focusing on investment/development sales and leasing of industrial, retail and to a lesser extent office assets throughout Vancouver allows Boe to complete an entire spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, and disposition – the full real estate cycle. He gained an in-depth knowledge of the retail and distribution business whilst working for Pfizer, Cadbury Canada and operating his own wakeboarding business – valuable information that he now applies to mandates with investors, owner/users, and tenants.
With an analytical approach, Boe can quickly grasp principles and patterns. This provides the foundations for offering advice on how to creatively structure deals involving intricate contractual context or provisions. Boe is passionate about sales and real estate, believing the act of helping investors or tenants find what they need is a privilege. As such, he is motivated to obtain the best possible outcome for his mandates, which have included the leasing and sale of the Sun Tower building at 100 West Pender St., the land sale of Iron Works industrial strata project at 220 Victoria Drive, the leasing and sale of 411 Dunsmuir St., the portfolio acquisition of 108, 112 & 154-156 West Hastings St., the sale and leasing of 882 E. Cordova St. to Lordco and the assignment purchase of a forward sale of Meridian Corner at 3387 David Ave. in Coquitlam to name a few. To date, he has completed $165,000,000 in investment sales and leased 180,000 SF.
This commitment to his profession resulted in Boe being the recipient of numerous awards from his previous employer, an international commercial brokerage. In addition, Boe holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Simon Fraser University, is a member of NAIOP, ICSC, and a Trustee with OK Tire RE Trust.
