Bill Schofield

Bill is a Senior Managing Director within Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group and Net Leased Properties Group, bringing more than two decades of net-leased investment experience. He represents a broad spectrum of clients, including institutional and private clients, franchisees, developers, and private equity funds.

Based in Marcus & Millichap’s San Francisco office for over 20 years, Bill is consistently recognized as one of the firm’s top retail producers. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than 1,500 transactions across 45 states, with a total dollar volume exceeding $3 billion.

Bill earned his degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
