Benjamin HadjiElias

Benjamin Elias is an investment sales specialist working out of Marcus Millichap's San Francisco office. He is a member of the National Hospitality Group and specializes in the acquisition and sale of hotels in California.
Benjamin is known for his passionate work ethic, market knowledge of hotels, and innovative use of technology database systems to identify new buyer groups.

Prior to starting at Marcus Millichap Benjamin was involved in business consulting, property management and technology sales. He is involved in every aspect of the sales and acquisition process for his clients, including negotiating, underwriting, competitive analysis, sourcing, market intelligence, data systems, and smooth delivery.

Mr. Elias received a bachelor's degree in Urban Geography and Regional Analysis from San Diego State University in California.
He was a member of the Real Estate Society. He resides in San Francisco. In his free time, he enjoys sailing and skiing.
