Ben Weaver

Ben Weaver is a commercial real estate agent with the Miller Group at Marcus & Millichap, a top-producing investment sales team specializing in retail property sales across the United States. He focuses on shopping centers and single-tenant assets, advising owners and representing buyers and sellers in investment transactions. He helps clients navigate acquisitions, dispositions and 1031 exchange opportunities nationwide.

Before joining Marcus & Millichap in 2026, Weaver worked at Matthews Real Estate, where he gained experience in brokerage and retail investment sales. Prior to beginning his brokerage career, he served as an assistant property manager for a development company, building a strong foundation in retail operations, tenant dynamics, leasing and asset performance. This experience provides practical insight into the factors that drive value and influence long-term property performance.

Weaver earned a Bachelor of Science in economics from Texas Christian University. He is committed to delivering thoughtful, market-informed guidance and helping investors achieve their real estate investment objectives.
