Ben Sierpina

Ben Sierpina is a senior director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Downtown office and a leading multifamily investment sales advisor specializing in the acquisition, disposition and valuation of apartment assets across San Diego County. With a primary focus on the region’s core urban submarkets, he has closed over 50 transactions totaling more than $180+ million in value since joining the firm in 2018.

Known for his persistence, integrity and attention to detail, he delivers results through an exceptionally focused, advisory-driven approach. Ben has built his reputation on placing paramount importance on helping his clients achieve their investment objectives with a long-term partnership mindset. Whether guiding owners through disposition strategy and 1031 exchanges, sourcing off-market opportunities, or supporting investors with portfolio level planning, he is committed to delivering specialized insight and measurable results. His clients value his transparency, intimate market knowledge and ability to outperform market expectations.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Ben earned his bachelor’s degree in business marketing and administration from the University of San Diego. He also has previous experience in commercial concrete construction and a variety of dynamic outbound sales positions including commercial insurance and the San Diego Padres.

Ben is a three-time Sales Recognition Award recipient and has also earned commendation for the most closings in ZIP code 92104 in both 2022 and 2025.
