Ben Savoy

Ben Savoy is a member of the firm’s National MultiHousing
Group and a Marcus & Millichap Associate specializing
in the sale and acquisition of multifamily properties
throughout the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles
County. Born and raised in Encino, California, Ben has an
intimate knowledge of the Valley and Greater Los Angeles
area. Thanks to his analytical background, Ben is able to
assist clients in refining their underwriting to help improve
the efficiency of each investment.

Ben graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in three
years, with a major in Finance. In his free time, Ben enjoys
playing chess, training for triathlons, and completing
entrepreneurial pursuits.

Ben prides himself in his work ethic having achieved the
“Pace Setter Award” in 2023 for his excellence within his
first year at Marcus & Millichap, an award achieved by
only five percent of agents firm wide.
