Ben Mandel is a Senior Associate with Marcus & Millichap based out of the Miami office specializing in the acquisition, financial analysis, and disposition of multifamily assets 10-300 units in Miami-Dade County. Our focus is to serve you first as the client, clearly understand your goals and over deliver on the results. Mr. Mandel has more than eight years experience in the commercial real estate industry and has obtained broker licenses in multiple states making him a well rounded broker and skilled to handle any market conditions. He provides advanced knowledge in property analysis, financial modeling, negotiation strategies, guidance for value-add approaches, 1031 exchanges, acquisitions, dispositions, and high-level marketing strategies to maximize property values.

Ben has a passion for helping clients preserve and grow their wealth through property investing. At a previous national brokerage, Mr. Mandel earned multiple awards for his career success including -'Rookie of the Year, Top Producers, and Largest Listing' which is a testament to his underlining attention to detail and providing the highest level of service. Ben has also managed his own boutique CRE brokerage in Miami where he taught others the art of commercial investment sales and at the heart of his commitment to serving others lead him on his journey to join Marcus & Millichap where the platform he brings to his clients to deliver results is second to none.
