Bella Griscom

Part of the Net Lease Property Group, Bella Griscom is dedicated to advising owners across a variety of net lease asset types, with a particular focus on net lease retail and industrial properties.

Bella is part of a distinguished team of top-level agents, touting a track record of over $500 million in closings. Her genuine nature, analytical thinking, and sharp focus on growing her business through market expertise has been integral to building successful client relationships.

Originally from the Northeast, Bella relocated to Orlando where she obtained a B.A. in Psychology from Rollins College. In constant pursuit of a deeper global perspective, she has lived in both Spain, and Australia; she is also currently involved in a real estate development project located in the Azores, Portugal. Bella draws from her wide range of unique experiences to bring value to each of her clients at Marcus & Millichap.
