Azeem Hassan is based in Charlotte, NC and specializes in multi-tenant and net leased retail assets throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Azeem worked as a residential real estate agent for more than 3 years and closed over 100 transactions resulting in $30 million dollars’ worth of residential real estate.

In addition to real estate, Azeem worked in his family-owned business (hospitality). Through those years, Azeem received extensive personal experience with commercial real estate and the surrounding markets. Azeem is a licensed Real Estate Broker and is part of Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group.
