Avi's entrepreneurial journey began early—stocking shelves at his family’s corner store, where he developed a strong foundation in customer service, cash management, and small business operations. By the age of 13, he was already gaining firsthand experience in the core principles of running a business. These formative experiences shaped his academic and professional path, leading him to the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, where he graduated in 2021 with a double major in Supply Chain and Marketing.

Shortly after completing his degree, Avi earned his real estate license and began his career at a local residential firm. There, he successfully guided clients through their first investment acquisition—a Dollar Tree-anchored retail center in Wisconsin. This pivotal transaction sparked his passion for commercial real estate and solidified his focus within the industry.

Today, as an associate at Marcus & Millichap, he leverages his early business acumen, academic background, and hands-on experience to help investors strategically grow their portfolios and achieve their long-term objectives.
