Avery Darby

Avery Darby is an Investment Sales Associate with Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan office, where she focuses on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net-leased properties nationwide. Her primary focus is retail real estate, with experience across dollar stores, pharmacies, quick-service restaurants, and other essential-service retailers.

Avery works with both private investors and institutional clients, providing property analysis, market research, and transaction support to help clients navigate investment decisions and identify opportunities across the net lease market.

Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Avery graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in International Studies and a minor in Real Estate. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, fitness, and exploring New York City.
