Austin Frederick Levine

Austin Levine joined the Fort Lauderdale office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in August 2026. With nearly a decade of commercial real estate experience, he focuses on helping clients achieve their financing objectives and execute their investment strategies.

Prior to rejoining MMCC, Mr. Levine founded Hyman-Levi, a boutique financial consultancy specializing in commercial real estate. He previously served as a Vice President in CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance division in Boca Raton.

Mr. Levine started his commercial real estate finance career as an Associate Director in MMCC’s Fort Lauderdale office, where he contributed to transactions totaling more than $100 million and was named the office’s Rookie of the Year in 2018.

Before entering commercial real estate finance, Mr. Levine served as a Senior Account Executive at Direct Merchants Funding, originating and executing commercial loans and advances on behalf of property management, real estate development and construction companies. Mr. Levine studied marketing at Valencia College.
