Audra Randell is a single-tenant net lease specialist with the Diffie Retail Team at Marcus & Millichap in Austin, Texas. As a third-generation Austin native, Audra combines her local and national real estate expertise with her comprehensive background in commercial construction, land development, and net lease sales in order to bring tailored solutions to each of her clients.

Before settling into her real estate career, Audra was on the project management team with an international commercial construction firm, specializing in natural disaster recovery projects. This diverse experience provides her with a well-rounded skill set, giving her clients a unique advantage when navigating the complexities of real estate investment sales.

Audra is a proud alumna of Texas State University, where she pursued a degree in Human Behavioral Sciences. She also boasts an impressive athletic career, playing NCAA D1 Women's Soccer for the Bobcats.
