Ashton Finegold

Ashton Finegold recently joined Marcus & Millichap as an investment associate specializing in multifamily sales in Santa Monica and West Los Angeles. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate & Development from The University of Southern California.

While earning his degree, Ashton gained firsthand experience in the real estate industry under senior leadership at Colliers, Preserve Partners, and AvantStay. In 2017, Ashton co-founded MXXY Outdoor, a hydration technology company that revolutionized outdoor gear for endurance athletes, a venture which has continued to provide him with opportunities to hone his leadership skills and work ethic. All in all, Ashton has always emphasized integrity and building strong relationships with coworkers and clients, values that he continues to bring to Marcus & Millichap.
