Ash Patel

Ash Patel joined the San Francisco office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in February 2026. Mr. Patel is a commercial real estate finance professional focusing on originating and structuring debt solutions for real estate investors and business owners nationwide. He is well connected with national, regional and local capital sources including commercial banks, agency lenders (E.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), CMBS lenders, life insurance companies and debt funds.

Mr. Patel graduated from Sacramento State with a bachelor’s degree in economics and was a Division I golfer. Prior to joining MMCC, he worked with Harvest SBF, originating loans across all major asset classes. He is passionate about building long-term client relationships and guiding borrowers through complex capital decisions with clarity and confidence.
