Art Karas

Born and raised in Portland, Art Karas has a unique insight into the region and is able to leverage that knowledge to better assist clients. With a strong financial background and hard work ethic, Art’s passion is to ensure that his clients get the best possible value whether that includes selling, buying, or exchanging. Art is a proud member of Commercial Association of Brokers and Multifamily Northwest.

Art graduated from Eastern Washington University on an athletic scholarship with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. During his time at EWU he was a four-year D1 collegiate men’s tennis athlete. After college, Art went on to compete professionally throughout Central and South America on the ITF tour.

When not hard at work, Art enjoys being outdoors, fishing, golfing, tennis, and spending time with friends, family, and his daughter, Toula.
