Having personally closed on over $150 million in transaction volume, he advises his clients on successful acquisition and disposition strategies to maximize cash flow and disposition value. His clientele ranges from individual investors, family trusts, developers, equity firms, and both public and private real estate investment trusts.
Armond has successfully closed on numerous 1031 exchange transactions with clients seeking management free, passive income from national tenants with strong credit. Armond has closed on categories of tenants ranging from restaurant, drugstore, bank, auto, government, discount, convenience, and home improvement. Notable tenants he has closed on in these categories include Raising Cane’s, Panera Bread, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Walgreens, SunTrust, US Bank, AutoZone, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, USPS, and The Home Depot.
Armond graduated from the University of California, Riverside. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and is a licensed California Real Estate Agent.
