Ari Greene of Marcus & Millichap’s Encino office specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial assets in partnership with the TAG Industrial Group. Mr. Greene commits his unrivaled work ethic to delivering value to the clients of TAG Industrial. In addition, Mr. Greene’s out-of-the-box approach to problem-solving sets him apart from other brokers in the industry.

Mr. Greene has over a decade of experience in Commercial Property Management, overseeing more than 300,000 square feet of commercial property, extending across various asset types, including multi-family, retail, office, and industrial. With his proven success in industrial, the shift to focus solely on the asset type was a natural progression for Mr. Greene. Mr. Greene’s proficiency in industrial leasing and negotiating lease renewals has proven to be an invaluable resource for investors in enhancing their properties’ values.

Mr. Greene graduated from West Coast Rabbinical Seminary with a bachelor’s degree in Rabbinical Studies. Outside of real estate, Mr. Greene can be found listening to music, watching sports, and spending time with friends and his wife and 2 children.
