Anthony Michaud

Anthony Michaud joined the King of Prussia office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation in August 2026 and focuses on helping commercial real estate owners, investors, developers and sponsors source, structure and execute debt and capital solutions across a wide range of asset classes.

Mr. Michaud brings more than 20 years of experience across real estate, mortgage banking, structured finance, fund management, construction and investment strategy. Throughout his career, he has worked as both a principal and a capital markets advisor, giving him a practical understanding of how to evaluate assets, structure capital stacks, identify lender fit and guide clients through the financing process from initial strategy through execution.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Michaud has closed over $2 billion in secondary market production and has held leadership experience within a $300 million-plus mortgage banking platform, with involvement across sales, underwriting, compliance, mortgage-backed securities, secondary market execution, hedging strategy, processing and operational expansion.

Mr. Michaud has direct principal-side real estate experience as an investor, operator and advisor. He has acquired, financed, managed and repositioned real estate assets throughout the East Coast. His experience spans single-family, multifamily, assisted living, self-storage, distressed assets, value-add investments, new construction, rehabilitation projects and structured real estate investment strategies.

Mr. Michaud earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Delaware.
