Anthony Lunceford

Anthony Lunceford is a Senior Managing Director with Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap. He has worked in commercial real estate since 2007 and represents owners in the sale of office/medical office, industrial, and retail properties across more than 30 states.

From 2007 to 2010 he handled acquisitions and dispositions for Ballad Health across Tennessee, North Carolina, and Virginia. That occupier experience still shapes how he advises owners, operators, and physician groups. He has since closed more than 200 investment sales.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Tennessee, the CCIM designation (2009), and the SIOR designation (2014). Anthony lives in Nashville with his wife and two children.
