Anita Paryani-Rice

Anita Paryani-Rice has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry specializing in the placement of debt and equity transactions throughout the United States, having placed more than $5 billion in transactions for an array of property types, including multifamily, retail, industrial, office and hotel properties. She maintains relationships with national and regional capital sources including commercial banks, life insurance companies, debt funds, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and CMBS lenders.

Anita joined IPA Capital Markets in March 2004 and spent 19 years at the firm before her return in May of 2024. She has been honored with numerous awards including “Rainmaker” by Real Estate Forum, Bisnow’s “Power Women” and “Women of Influence” by the LA Biz Journal.

Anita graduated from the University of Southern California (USC), where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science in urban planning and real estate. She serves on the Executive Committee of the USC Lusk Center Executive Center and is actively involved in USC Associates and Cardinal and Gold. She also serves on the board for the Progressive Osseous Heteroplasia Association, which works to find a cure for the rare bone disease afflicting her son.
