Andrew J. Rodriguez

Andrew Rodriguez is an Investment Associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Miami Office. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant retail properties throughout Miami-Dade County, as well as net leased investment properties nationwide.

Andrew joined Marcus & Millichap immediately after graduating from Florida State University in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, he operated a land investment business focused on the acquisition of residential vacant land throughout Southwest Florida, where he developed a strong foundation in market analysis, building relationships with developers, and direct owner outreach.

Born and raised in Miami, Andrew brings local market insight and a disciplined, analytical approach to advising clients on investment real estate decisions.
