Andrew J. Rodgers

Drew Rodgers specializes in the sale of multifamily and mixed-use investment properties throughout the greater Philadelphia area, specifically Delaware, South Jersey, and Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Based in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office, Drew is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania. Since joining Marcus & Millichap in April of 2024, Drew & his team have exclusively listed and sold over 230 multifamily units, valued at more than $25 million. Drew graduated with a B.A. from Temple University, where he studied Real Estate and Finance. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he worked as a Junior Asset Manager for a local real estate owner and operator, where he helped manage a portfolio of LIHTC properties across Delaware and Maryland. In his free time, Drew enjoys spending time with his friends and family, golfing, and snowboarding
