Andrew Hutson is a Senior Associate primarily focused on land sales and land assemblies in Vancouver and Burnaby. Prior to joining Marcus and Millichap, Andrew worked at a multinational commercial real estate brokerage for 4 years where he sourced and transacted in excess of $100 million dollars in land deals.
Prior to working in brokerage Andrew was the top sales account executive at Autoprop (a real estate tech company in Vancouver) selling the platform to many of the top development companies and brokerages in the city and eventually to the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. Andrew’s unique background in the real estate industry and throughout his life allow him to connect on a personal level with his clients while still providing a high level of sophistication to his transactions.
Andrew graduated from the Sauder School of Business at UBC obtaining a commerce degree with a double specialization in Real Estate and Accounting. He also was the President of the UBC Real Estate Club while attending UBC.
