Andrew Gormley

Andrew Gormley focuses exclusively on investment property sales and in doing so has become one of the top junior investment brokers for retail related properties in Western Canada. During his time within the industry, Andrew has been fortunate enough to be trusted by clients and seniors members of the firm to help facilitate the sale of a variety of assets totaling a value of over $400 million.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Andrew worked at Goldman Sachs within the Investment Banking Division focusing on corporate mergers and acquisitions. Andrew’s diverse experience provides him with a sophisticated understanding of market dynamics, valuation, and client objectives, which is imperative in creating successful outcomes for his clients in the marketing and transaction process.
