Andrew Beeckman

Andy Beeckman is an experienced businessman and has been in self-storage since 2016. He began his storage career at a family office in operations before transitioning to Westport Properties managing the mid-South district. Growing up in Texas, attending college at UC Irvine and graduating with an MBA from Pepperdine; he has lived across the sunbelt for his entire life. Andy’s advisory approach to brokerage and investment sales is focused on building lasting relationships that add long term value. Andy has a solid understanding of how changing demographics and economic factors impact different markets across the country. Andy helps his clients on a strategic level to help them meet their goals and assess all options available. In his spare time he enjoys being outdoors, sailing, golf, beekeeping, fly fishing, hunting and being with family.
