Andres Guerra

Since joining The Heitzeberg Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2022, Andres has been involved in over $300 million in transaction volume across Northern California. He specializes in market‑rate apartments along the East 80 Corridor, Napa County, and Shasta County, as well as affordable housing assets, including Section 42 LIHTC and HAP contract properties. Andres is committed to understanding each client’s goals - whether selling, buying, refinancing, or holding - and is known for his honest, respectful, driven, and client‑aligned approach. After completing the company’s Pace Setter program in 2024 and recognized as the office's Rookie of the Year, he established himself as one of the team’s most dedicated and knowledgeable agents.

Originally from Santa Ana, CA, Andres played for the Chivas USA Academy before competing at Golden West College, where he earned an associate degree and became a two‑time league champion. He later transferred to UC Davis, graduating in 2021 with a degree in psychology and a minor in philosophy. In his free time, he enjoys trying new food, CrossFit, watching football (soccer), and spending quality time with friends and family.
