Alfred Young

Alfred is an investment advisor specializing in office and industrial properties in the Greater Los Angeles County market with a focus in the San Gabriel Valley. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a concentration in Actuarial Science from The University of Texas at Austin.

Before joining The DeGiorgio Group at IPA, Alfred accumulated over three years of consulting experience. He started as an Actuarial Consultant at EY, a Big 4 Accounting Firm, where he conducted complex actuarial valuations and assessed financial/compliance risks for retirement and benefit plans of Fortune 500 companies. Subsequently, he transitioned to Health and Benefits Consulting at Mercer, working on diverse client projects that encompassed strategy, plan design, and benefit program benchmarking, while also fostering relationships with carriers for quote gathering and rate negotiation.

Alfred's multifaceted expertise and capacity to leverage complementary disciplines enable him to deliver outstanding value to his clients. With fluency in both English and Mandarin, he provides a global perspective that enriches his advisory services.
