Alexander M.K. Kidani

Alexander Masayuki Kauila Kidani is an Associate Director with Marcus & Millichap’s Industrial, Land, and Investment Services groups in Honolulu, Hawaii, specializing in helping landlords, investors, business owners, and developers maximize asset value through strategic real estate solutions.


Selected for the firm’s prestigious and highly competitive Fellowship Program, Alexander has been a part of Hawaii’s most significant industrial assignments (sales & leasing) and is known for his professionalism, clear communication, and results-driven approach. He is part of a two-person team that has successfully completed approximately $620 million in sales transactions throughout the state of Hawaii.


A former member of the Boy Scouts of America, Alexander is dedicated to supporting local and Asian communities as a Japanese and Korean professional. He was nominated to the United States Naval Academy by Brian Schatz and supported by John D. Waihee III. A student-athlete at Chapman University, he earned a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance, and is also an alumnus of Punahou School, where he was an honors student and Division I varsity football and basketball player on a state championship football team.
