Alexander J. Dimond

AJ Dimond is an industrial broker specializing in investment properties throughout the Southeast Valley of the Phoenix metropolitan area, including Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, and the Apache Junction/Falcon Field submarkets. As an associate with the esteemed Bauman Moffitt Industrial Team of Marcus & Millichap, he works closely with property owners and investors to provide thoughtful, client-focused guidance rooted in local market knowledge.

AJ takes a relationship-driven approach to brokerage, working closely with his clients and prioritizing their investment objectives above his own individual transactions. He is backed by Marcus & Millichap’s Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) platform and the Bauman Moffitt team, who currently hold more than $3.2 billion in closed industrial transactions. Having earned his degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University, with a focus on Real Estate and Business, he developed an integrated understanding of how real estate and business decisions intersect, allowing him to identify solutions that align operational needs with long-term investment strategy.

In his free time, AJ enjoys working out at Life Time Tempe, golfing, and spending time at Chelsea’s Kitchen.
