Alex Quinn

Alex joined Marcus & Millichap in the Fall of 2020 as an Associate with The Koury Group. Alongside Jim Koury, he facilitates the acquisition and disposition of grocery anchored centers and net-lease retail assets throughout the Northeast. Alex was promoted to Senior Associate in February 2022 and has listed and sold more than $67.8 million dollars of retail properties in 2 years with Jim Koury. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Alex worked as an Urban Retail Broker for CBRE, Inc. and The Dartmouth Company with a focus on expanding high-street fashion brands, restaurants and fitness concepts throughout the city.

Having arranged the leasing of more than 250,000 SF in just four years, Alex has executed on behalf of many prominent local and national institutions such as Asana Partners, Bentall Green Oak, BioMed Realty among others to help his clients maximize their investment choices in the ever-changing retail environment. In addition to transaction services, Alexs’ clients look to him and his team to advise on strategic re-tenanting and financial budgeting to maximize portfolio returns.

Alex is an alumnus of Hobart & William Smith Colleges where he played hockey and graduated with a B.S. Degree in Economics and History. A long term Boston native, Alex has an inherent pulse of the local market trends, developments and the investment drivers of each location that add significant value to his clients.

Alex is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), serves as Co-Chairman on the ICSC NextGeneration Committee in Boston and is the recipient of ConnectMedia’s 2020 NextGen Award for being Boston’s Go-To Retail Advisor.
