Alex Gallicho

Alex Gallicho is an Investment Sales Broker in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office. Alex specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant and net-leased industrial assets throughout Midwest markets. As an associate working within the Doughty Industrial Group, Alex leverages his in-depth market knowledge and expertise to advise clients on their investment strategies and helps to create, preserve, and maximize investor wealth.

For each assignment, his goal is to understand all investment objectives and assess current challenges faced by each individual client to advise and provide solutions regarding their real estate needs. His analytical approach, backed by real-time market data and insights, helps to provide each client with viable options so that they can make informed decisions to maximize the value of their real estate and achieve their investment goals.

Prior to working in his current role as an Investment Sales Associate, Alex served as Senior Financial Analyst for five years with Marcus & Millichap, underwriting a wide range of office and industrial transactions.

Alex graduated from Saint Louis University, in St. Louis, Missouri, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.
