Alex Buckman is based in Charleston, South Carolina and specializes in multi-tenant and net-leased investments throughout the Southeast. Alex excels in the analysis and disposition of stabilized and value-add properties.
Prior to joining Marcus and Millichap, Alex spent 13 years with Morgan Stanley Private Wealth working with some of the country’s most prestigious private clients and family offices. Alex also spent two years creating and leading the Private Client Relationship Management team at Coinbase Institutional.
Originally from the United Kingdom, Alex obtained his B.A. from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne in Marketing and his MSc in Investment Analysis from the University of Stirling.
