Alan Krueger represents both buyers and sellers in retail investment real estate across a variety of property types. He specializes in the dynamic Inland Empire market, serving private and institutional clients, and has extensive experience with larger shopping centers throughout the Western United States.
Mr. Krueger has been recognized as a Top Ten Sales Professional multiple times and received company sales awards annually from 1992 to 2012. He began his career with Merrill Lynch in 1984.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Krueger has completed the sale of approximately 300 shopping centers—primarily located in Southern California—including more than 200 in the Inland Empire, with total transaction volume exceeding $2.5 billion.
