Aimon Heffernan

Aimon joined Marcus & Millichap in 2023. Aimon specializes in multifamily investment advisory, valuation, and transaction services. Focusing on Southwestern Washington, Aimon utilizes his market expertise in trends, sales, and valuations to assist his clients in maximizing their returns on current and future investments. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap Aimon spent time serving in the Army National Guard as an Infantry Officer where he developed skills in leadership, time management, planning and accomplishing missions against adversity. In 2024, he achieved the Marcus & Millichap Pacesetter Award.

Aimon graduated from the University of Washington with a BS in Real Estate. Through his academic experience in real estate, knowledge of the market in Washington state and hard work-ethic from his military background, Aimon has developed a results-based approach that enables him to reach his clients' needs. In his free time, Aimon enjoys skiing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
