Aidan Shea

Aidan Shea is an Investment Sales Associate in the San Francisco office of Marcus & Millichap, focusing on the sale and acquisition of multifamily and mixed-use properties throughout San Francisco. He works with property owners and private investors, assisting with financial analysis, property valuations, market research, and transaction preparation.

A fourth-generation San Franciscan, Aidan grew up around the city’s multifamily real estate market and has firsthand experience helping manage his family’s property. His local background and familiarity with San Francisco’s neighborhoods help him understand the issues that matter to local property owners.

Before entering commercial real estate brokerage, Aidan gained hands-on construction experience on commercial projects in San Francisco, including the Transamerica Pyramid Center restoration. This experience gave him practical exposure to building systems, project coordination, and property condition.

Aidan attended Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory before earning a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Development from the University of Arizona, with minors in Real Estate and Business Marketing. While at the University of Arizona, he served as president of his fraternity and studied abroad in Barcelona, Spain. He also gained brokerage experience through an internship with Marcus & Millichap’s San Francisco office.
